The Discover Freediving experience offers an inspiring and accessible introduction to the world of freediving, a special discipline where you explore the underwater world in one breath. This experience is specially designed for people who want something different than snorkeling or diving and are curious about their own underwater abilities. In a relaxed and safe setting, you will learn the basic principles of freediving step by step, with a lot of attention to technique, relaxation and confidence. Throughout the day, you will be guided by experienced instructors who will take you from theory to practice, both in confined water and in the open sea. The experience lets you discover how peace, breathing and focus come together and often provides surprising personal insights. Whether you come alone or with friends, this day offers a unique combination of learning, fun, and deepening your connection with the sea.
